ADM32F036A5Q is a high-performance SoC designed for automotive applications, integrating LDO, charge pump, 8NMOS pre drive, and four-way independent half bridge. It has multiple protection mechanisms such as GDF, VCP, OTP, and OCP, and is equipped with a 100M main frequency 32-bit DSP processing core+CLA, enhanced control peripherals, CAN, CANFD, LIN (with transceiver), SPI, HRCAP modules, 12 bit ADC, OP, PGA, voltage comparator, and temperature sensor; Can form a highly integrated motor control driver, directly driving the motor, supporting low-power brushed, stepper, and three-phase brushless (inductive, non inductive, square wave, sine wave).
