1. Responsible for the DFT strategy and methodology at the chip level;
2. Responsible for the DFT implementation of the entire chip, including SCAN insertion, ATPG test vector generation, boundary scan, functional test vector generation, etc;
3. Collaborate with front-end engineers to develop IP testing solutions;
4. Responsible for DFT related design and implementation (timing/power analysis), and successfully completed the design and implementation of the front-end and back-end collaborative driver chip;
5. Participate in RTL/gate level simulation for DFT design;
6. Partially involved in design and implementation work, including RTL synthesis, timing/power analysis, etc.
1. 3-5 years of DFT design experience;
2. Proficient in the entire DFT process, including key technologies such as Scan/ATPG, MBIST, Boundary Scan, JTAG/IJAG, etc;
3. Proficient in mainstream DFT design tools such as Mentor Tessent, Synopsys DFT Compiler, etc;
4. Familiar with testing pattern simulation, chip testing, and experience in yield analysis and diagnosis;
5. Familiar with the chip design process (RTL → GDSII), familiar with logic synthesis, STA timing analysis, and basic knowledge of physical design;
6. Proficient in using Verilog and possessing script programming skills (such as Perl/Python/TCL);
7. Good teamwork and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and resilience.
Priority condition:
1. Experience in DFT top-level design for successfully mass-produced chips;
2. Have experience in debugging ATE testing machines or familiar with the testing vector conversion process.

1. Undertake market insights, demand mining, and feasibility analysis in the field of automotive chips, and develop products and solutions;
2. Responsible for planning and promoting the establishment of new chip technologies, and facilitating the industrialization and implementation of these technologies;
3. Promote the construction of the chip ecosystem, enhance industry influence, and advance the transition from new chip technology concepts to commercial implementation;
4. Lead the mid to long term planning and competitive analysis in the field of automotive chips, and be responsible for the competitiveness of application chips.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in automotive chip application and product planning;
2. Familiar with the development trend of automotive chips, able to drive chip design from application scenario requirements and form hardware design solutions;
3. Capable of communicating and exchanging experience with the technical development department, with good application scenario and requirement identification skills;
4. Having excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and good teamwork spirit:
5. Strong system analysis and processing abilities, self driven, result oriented, with keen market insight and strategic thinking, English can be used as a working language.
