ADM16F03C1QN481 is an intelligent motor control driver chip that integrates ADP16F03 controller, complete signal acquisition chain, intelligent power management unit, and 6NMOS pre driver. It is based on a 16 bit DSP with a main frequency of 150M and is equipped with 4Kx16 bit SARAM, (256+256+32) x 16 DARAM, and 32Kx16 bit Flash; Integrate division, square root, arctangent, Park transform, and 32-bit multiplication, addition, and shift operation acceleration units; An event manager that integrates 7-channel PWM and PWM synchronous ADC triggering units; Integrate SPI and SCI communication peripherals; Integrated filtering unit; Supports interrupts with 29 PIE settings and supports 11 universal IO.
