Jinxin Electronics' high-performance automotive DSP has obtained AEC-Q100 reliability certification

Recently, Jinxin Electronics' high-performance 32-bit floating-point DSP chip AVP32F335 obtained AEC-Q100 Grade1 level automotive certification, which can support reliable operation in harsh environments of -40~125°C. Jinxin Electronics has become the first DSP chip company in China to obtain automotive-grade reliability certification.


With the increasing maturity of intelligent electric vehicle technology and the acceleration of fuel vehicle substitution, the demand for chips that can support vehicle reliability standards continues to grow. At the same time, high-security applications such as vehicle controller VCUs and on-board charger OBC also have very strict requirements for real-time control. DSP (Digital Signal Processing) chip, that is, digital signal processor, greatly improves computing power with its independent bus structure of data and programs, can realize complex control algorithms, and ensure real-time performance, so it has become an ideal master control chip for the above applications.

As the earliest authoritative institution engaged in reliability research in China, China Saibao Laboratory has a number of national testing qualifications in the field of automotive electronics testing and certification, such as the National Automotive Electronic Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center, the National Integrated Circuit Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center, and the IECQ independent laboratory certification qualification in the automotive field, and has been recognized by many domestic mainstream vehicle companies such as GAC, BYD, Great Wall, Geely, NIO, and Ideal. The testing and certification of the authoritative certification body also fully proves the technical strength of Jinxin Electronics in the design of automotive DSP chips.


The high-performance 32-bit DSP chip AVP32F335 adopts an improved Haval bus architecture, with a working frequency of 150MHz, including fixed-point and floating-point processor units, and integrates hardware FPU acceleration program algorithms to greatly improve the floating-point computing speed. The DSP chip also has a variety of built-in memory units, rich enhanced peripherals and communication interface peripherals, and a built-in 16-bit high-precision ADC, which can achieve high-precision signal sampling and accurate acquisition and control. This makes the product have obvious advantages in applications such as collecting external signals, realizing complex motors, inverters and throttle depth control, which can fully meet the needs of intelligent electric vehicle applications such as new energy vehicle controller VCU, on-board charger OBC and body control, and fill the gap in the domestic self-developed vehicle DSP market.
