On October 24, the Reunion in Zhuzhou 2026 Football Friendly Match kicked off at the Star Nest Football Pitch of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. Four teams — the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Alumni Football Team, Beijing Institute of Technology Shenzhen Alumni Team, CRRC Zhuzhou United Team and AECC 608 Institute Team — gathered in Zhuzhou to connect and interact through football.

Hosted by CRRC Zhuzhou and Xiangyang Electric Motor, the event was supported by Advancechip Technology as an event sponsor and the title sponsor of the SUSTech Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Alumni Football Team. Advancechip actively backed this alumni football exchange, building a platform for communication among alumni and alumni-founded enterprises.

Since its debut as the first CRRC Electric Cup Football Invitational Tournament in 2019, the Reunion in Zhuzhou Football Friendly Match has run for eight consecutive years. Upholding the principle of Friendship First, Competition Second, this edition adopted a round-robin format for the four teams. While honing their skills on the pitch, participants further strengthened bonds among alumni and cross-enterprise connections.
