On February 28, 2022, the final of the first "Core Cup" Hunan Chip Application Design Innovation Competition was successfully held at Changsha Yannian Yijing Hotel. The competition is sponsored by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Hunan Intellectual Property Trading Center, and Hunan Integrated Circuit Design and Application Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and has been highly valued and strongly supported by relevant units and dozens of universities in Hunan Province.

The competition received a total of 54 submissions from the National University of Defense Technology, Hunan University, Central South University, Xiangtan University, Changsha University of Science and Technology, Hunan Institute of Engineering, Hunan Technology and Business University and other universities, and after strict and careful review, finally 13 participating teams entered today's finals.
During the final process, the contestants focused on application scenarios such as robots, drones, fascia guns, photovoltaics, and motors, combined DSP chip technology with the current popular industries, introduced the participating works through PPT, video, etc., and showed passion and fierce competition on the podium, and very excellent works emerged in application design and product development. After on-site scoring by the judges, 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes and 5 winning prizes were finally selected.
