The ADM16F01 launched by Jinxin Electronics is a highly integrated high-performance BLDC/PMSM controller that uses a high-performance 16-bit CPU with a maximum operating frequency of 40MHZ.

In terms of storage, the ADM16F01 has embedded 32Kx16-bit Flash, 512x16-bit ROM, and two 256 x 16-bit DARAM, 32x16-bit DARAM and 2K x 16-bit SARAM.

The ADM16F01 also integrates 6 NMOS Pre-Drivers, op-amps, PGAs, comparators, high-speed ADCs, SCIs, SPIs and other modules, in two packages, QFN-56 and LQFP-48, which are very suitable for BLDC/PMSM motor square wave, SVPWM/SPWM, FOC drive control.
