With the continuous progress of motor and electronic control technology, power tools using lithium batteries as power sources and industrial-grade high-speed brushless motors are widely favored by people. The power tool motor control solution of Jinxin Electronics is developed and designed based on a 16-bit fixed-point DSP chip ADM16F03A, the main frequency of the chip is 100MHz, equipped with delay filtering and computing acceleration unit, built-in 4K x 16-bit SARAM, (256+256+32)x16-bit DARAM, 32Kx16-bit Flash, supports 8 PWM outputs, SCI and other rich peripheral interfaces, and integrates 6 NMOS Pre-Driver, operational amplifier, PGA, comparator, high-speed ADC and other modules have the characteristics of high integration, high anti-interference and high reliability, and are very suitable for BLDC/PMSM motor square wave and FOC drive control.
