Powerful computing power and real-time processing of complex algorithms

The AVP32F003x is equipped with a 32-bit A2000 DSP core clocked at 120MHz, integrating IEEE 754 single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) and trigonometric mathematical unit (TMU) to support real-time operation of complex algorithms such as nonlinear proportional-integral-differential (NLPID) control. At the same time, the CLA with a main frequency of 120MHz can process real-time control tasks independently of the CPU in parallel, compressing the calculation period of the motor current loop to less than 1μs, effectively improving the synchronization accuracy of the multi-axis servo system.

Accurate simulation and high-resolution control

The AVP32F003x integrates three 4MSPS 12-bit ADCs that can handle up to 23 external channels, each with four integrated post-processing blocks (PPBs) to accurately acquire analog signals and ensure data accuracy even in weak signals and complex interference environments. In power management applications, its high-precision ADC can monitor voltage, current, and other parameters in real time, and with 16 ePWM channels (including 8 channels with high-resolution capabilities and 150ps resolution), it can achieve fine control of power stages.
