Multiple high-performance 32-bit DSP chips from Jinxin Electronics have obtained AEC-Q100 automotive reliability certification

Following the AVP32F335, Jinxin Electronics recently brought a 32-bit floating point DSP chip AVP32F08 that can be applied to new energy vehicle motor, electric drive and battery control, a 32-bit fixed-point DSP chip ADP32F035, and a 32-bit fixed-point DSP chip ADP32F034 for body system control, and once again passed the AEC-Q100 automotive certification of Saibao Laboratory, an authoritative certification agency in China, to further expand its product supply capabilities in the field of intelligent vehicles.
The three chips certified this time are all designed with an enhanced Harvard bus architecture, of which AVP32F08 is a high-performance 32-bit floating-point digital signal processor with a working frequency of 100MHz, including fixed-point and floating-point processor units, supporting LQFP100 compact packages; ADP32F034 is a 32-bit fixed-point digital signal processor with low power consumption and high performance, which is quite cost-effective; ADP32F035 is a 32-bit fixed-point digital signal processor, equipped with enhanced control peripherals such as programmable control law accelerator (CLA), HRPWM, HRCAP, as well as rich serial communication peripherals such as I2C, SPI, CAN, etc., which can greatly reduce the customer's BOM cost.
In response to the strong growth of smart electric vehicle market demand, the three certified products AVP32F08, ADP32F034, and ADP32F035 have realized the localization of the whole process of design, tape-out, IP, packaging, and test production, which is independent and controllable, and can support stable supply.
