Jinxin Electronics launches automotive air conditioning compressor solution
By adjusting and controlling the temperature, humidity, air cleanliness and air flow in the cabin to the best state, the car air conditioner provides a comfortable environment for the driver and passengers and improves the driving experience. As the heart of the automotive air conditioning refrigeration system, the air conditioning compressor plays a role in compressing and transporting refrigerant vapor.
In order to enable the car air conditioner to achieve fast start, fast cooling and heating, stable operation, energy saving and silence, the car air conditioning compressor as the heart needs to provide strong performance support. In response to the above application needs, Jinxin Electronics has launched an automotive air conditioning compressor solution. The scheme takes the 32-bit DSP automotive chip ADP32F035BQ as the control core, and uses the self-developed non-inductive FOC control algorithm for the automotive air conditioning compressor, which can well observe the speed and torque of the load, and has the characteristics of fast and reliable starting, large torque at low speed, stable operation at high speed, low noise and high efficiency.

Control/power circuitry
The control circuit adopts ADP32F035QP64Q chip, the power circuit adopts intelligent power module IPM, the current sampling technology of the lower bridge arm, and the CAN communication circuit, as shown in the figure below:

The core electronics laboratory has the load test conditions of the automotive air conditioning compressor, which can freely change the test conditions of the compressor, back pressure, balance pressure, etc., and the figure below is the test platform of the core electronic compressor.
